Features
To pour strong concrete, this multiple vibrator transmits its powerful vibration to remove inner air bubbles, densify the concrete, and distribute the aggregate equally. It can be combined with a lightweight extension pipe for use in narrow gaps, so that the vibrator can be used without being caught by rebars.
Reduced vibration at hand, resulting in greater ease of operation
The use of a damping joint of our unique design alleviates vibration at hand. The unit is easy on people and increases work efficiency.
The unit can be inserted smoothly without being caught by rebars
Ordinary vibrators have the tips of their vibrating bodies oriented vertically at all times. For multiple vibrators, on the other hand, their pipe and rubber damper fix the tip of the vibrating body, so that the vibrating body can be inserted even at an inclined angle. As a result, the vibrator will not be caught by rebars.
It can be inserted at pinpoint into where you aim
In concreting in walls, beams, columns, and other architectural components, you can combine the vibrator with a lightweight extension pipe when managing narrow gaps, and insert it at pinpoint into where you aim.
Insertable obliquely as well
You can insert the vibrator along the oblique angle of the slope face, thereby giving a good finish on the concreted surface.
Tip shape: increasing compaction with a fin-shaped tip
Tips of six fin shapes eliminate transmission losses in vibration energy, thereby transmitting vibration more efficiently than general round types. The reshaped tip also aims to reduce scattering of concrete when poured.
Using a plug with new functions
Burns in the motor due to the imperfect contact of the plug are reduced by using a super-tough pin in the developed EP plug. The super-tough pin is semi-permanently elastic, not causing imperfect contact in the plug.
