Hydraulic internal vibrators HIB75H deliver high power with built-in hydraulic motors, making them ideal for mass concreting projects where conventional electric vibrators fall short. These compact machines, featuring a 75 mm hexagonal vibrating tip and 8 kN centrifugal force, excel in large-scale applications like breakwaters, sand control dams, revetment walls, and precast concrete armor units. Contractors can deploy them in diverse ways, including single or dual vibrator setups, crane-suspended operations, backhoe-mounted units, and aerial vehicle applications.
We offer models with nominal diameters of 75 mm and effective concreting lengths of 600 m or 1,000 m. Additionally, our range includes L-shaped hydraulic vibrators for airport aprons and runways, continuous-concreting vibrators for highways, and custom 65 mm diameter vibrators. Our flexible approach empowers users to create tailored solutions for unique project needs.

Small, powerful concreting capacity
Hydraulic inner vibrators with a built-in hydraulic motor are more powerful than electrical models. Able to secure a great centrifugal force, they can, despite their small sizes, produce a great concreting capacity (with a centrifugal force of 6.2 to 8.8 kN).
Operable with a small-capacity hydraulic unit
With an oil pressure flow of 10 to 12 L/min, each unit produces a frequency of 125 Hz to 150 Hz. You can therefore run it with a small hydraulic volume.
The tip is hexagonal, which is effective in transmitting vibration
Being hexagonal, the tip slips less on concrete than round tips, thereby being effective in transmitting vibration.
Equipped with a rubber damper on the mount
Transmission of vibration to heavy machinery is alleviated by a cylindrical rubber damper on the vibrating unit and extension pipe, and by a special-purpose intermediate rubber damper for the mount of heavy machinery (such as backhoes).
