How to use
* For mounting on the formwork.
Drive it into the frame mounting jig with a plastic hammer.
* How to attach the hanging insert.
Push and rotate it 90 degrees to the right, and check that it is locked.
* How to remove the hanging insert.
Push it inward to unlock, rotate 90 degrees to the left, and pull it up.
