Coolants play an important role in metalworking: cooling and lubrication. In particular, water-soluble cutting fluids are required to be diluted to a specified concentration, otherwise they will lead to a decrease in cooling and lubricity.
In addition, daily tasks such as measuring concentrations and replenishing are often done manually, and in some cases, time and effort are consumed.

Installation of Will-Fill
Will-Fill is installed in the coolant tank. The compact design does not require installation space on the floor and can be easily retrofitted to new or existing coolant tanks.
Instrument configuration
There are two types of Will-Fill to choose from. There is a standard NEO and an ION with pH and EC sensors added to the NEO. In addition, a variety of lengths are available to suit the depth of the tank.

Data such as measured coolant volume and temperature are collected in Will-Fill’s cloud via the Internet. You can check these data at any time in a dashboard that runs in your browser.
You can also set up notifications by e-mail when an abnormality occurs from this dashboard.
