The valve adopts a secondary pressure balance method, so the secondary pressure is hardly affected by fluctuations in the primary pressure.
The valve seat is fitted with synthetic rubber, ensuring good sealing performance when the valve is closed.
For valve bodies made of bronze (for 1.6 MPa applications) or stainless steel cast bronze, an integrated strainer is included (equivalent to a 80-mesh screen).
We also manufacture high-pressure gas equipment certified products (valve body: stainless steel bronze).
For combustion burner applications and high-precision pressure control, please use the PPD41L-3 model.

The valve body can be made of cast bronze or stainless steel cast bronze and is available in JIS 30K, ASME Class 150, and Class 300.
The connection parts can be manufactured without rubber or brass if required.
