Features
No Need for Expensive, Space-Consuming Storage Tanks
Conventional systems use large and costly storage tanks that also take up valuable space and may be prone to corrosion. The TFR3-type hot water generator eliminates the need for storage tanks, making it compact and easy to install anywhere. This not only improves space efficiency but also reduces costs. Additionally, since it doesn’t require pressure vessels that fall under strict regulations, installation and maintenance are simple.Unique Temperature Control System
Unlike conventional temperature regulators that use sensors, the TFR3-type adjusts temperature by changing the mixing ratio of cold and heated water. This structure prevents response delays and temperature fluctuations due to load changes or startup timing. It achieves stable target temperatures without the risk of overheating or undershooting, even under varying flow and pressure conditions.Clean Hot Water Supply
Hot water is heated indirectly via a small heating coil without direct contact with steam. This design, using corrosion-resistant materials like copper, stainless steel, and bronze, ensures hygienic and clean hot water. Note: Softened water is recommended.Simple Installation
The compact size of the unit makes installation easy. Once the cold water, hot water, heating steam, and drain lines are connected, the unit is ready for operation.Accurate Temperature Control
Even with hot water usage fluctuating between 0.5 to 7 m³/h, temperature variation stays within ±3°C.
