Product Description

The FAA-01 is a diversity planar antenna developed to maximize the communication capabilities of our 2.4GHz band SS radios . By adopting polarization diversity as a multipath countermeasure, one FAA-01 can achieve the polarization diversity effect of two antennas. It comes with a 1m cable so that even if the radio itself is installed inside a panel, the antenna can be pulled out to a better installation environment outside the panel . We also offer a sister product, the FAA-02, which does not use polarization diversity. To counter multipath fading, you can choose between the polarization diversity method of the FAA-01 or antenna diversity, which involves installing two FAA-02s on one radio.

Its compact, thin , and directional flat design allows it to be installed directly on a metal wall in an FA factory. It also has a drip-proof structure that allows for outdoor installation. (Note 1)

(Note 1) …The device is waterproof and can be used outdoors. However, we recommend using a protective case as the electrical characteristics may deteriorate if water droplets or other foreign matter get on the device.
