EXP (Exponential): Tune the response around neutral to be milder or snappier, so you shape both steering and throttle feel exactly to your preference.
Digital trim: Fine-tune straight-line tracking at neutral—or stop the car precisely—and hear a confirmation beep with every click; moreover, the radio saves each trim value even after you power it off.
Steering gyro control (CH3): When you run a Futaba gyro for drift or electric grip, assign CH3 to gyro gain and adjust sensitivity on the fly for tighter control.
Sub-trim (all channels): Center each servo during assembly with per-channel sub-trim; as a result, you start with a true mechanical neutral.
Reverse (all channels): Flip any channel’s direction to match your linkage; for example:
Steering reversed → set CH1 = REV
Throttle reversed → set CH2 = REV
D/R (Dual Rate): Cap the maximum steering throw on CH1 equally left and right, and then refine feel with finer adjustments if needed.
Failsafe (throttle): If the receiver loses a valid signal, send your preset stop command immediately; consequently, you shut down the motor or engine safely.
Battery failsafe (throttle): When the receiver/servo pack sags in voltage, move the throttle toward brake automatically; this safeguard especially benefits gasoline-engine cars.
EPA (all channels): Set precise end points on every channel to prevent over-travel and protect your hardware.
2.4 GHz telemetry (T-FHSS mode only): Run telemetry in T-FHSS mode to monitor receiver battery voltage—and, with an optional sensor, chassis battery voltage as well. Pair the transmitter with a compatible receiver such as R314SB, R314SB-E, R334SBS, or R334SBS-E to enable this feature.
Futaba
Futaba T3PV Transmitter

Manufacturer: Futaba Corporation
Model: T3PV
Reasonable entry model
This entry-level transmitter is lightweight and comfortable to hold. When combined with an optional receiver, it enables the use of a telemetry system that can obtain information from the receiver.
★The T3PV is a transmitter compatible with “T-FHSS,” “S-FHSS,” and “FHSS.”
★The R203GF is a receiver compatible with “S-FHSS” and “FHSS.”
Features
The T3PV has the lightest body in its class, fitting comfortably in the hand, and is equipped with 3 channels of control, including channels for adjusting steering, throttle, and accessory devices such as gyro, making it a radio control system with just the right amount of functionality for those who want to get started with radio-controlled cars.
For an even greater level of performance, you can use the telemetry function by combining it with a separately sold 4-channel receiver, as well as the brake mixing function for vehicles equipped with independent front and rear brakes as a special MIX (4-channel), and the 4WS mixing function, which is convenient when adding a rear steering servo to a 4WS vehicle.
- Display screen with large fonts for easy viewing

- Simple and easy-to-understand operation buttons

- Power supply unit with battery box: This model is battery-powered, so even if the battery runs out, you can quickly resume racing or adjustments by having spare batteries ready. The battery box can also be easily removed, making it easy to replace with an optional rechargeable battery.

- You can dress it up with the optional carbon handle.

Functions and specifications
Setup Related
- Anti-skid Brake System (ABS): Applying the brakes while cornering can cause understeer, but using this function makes understeer less likely to occur, allowing you to clear corners more smoothly.

- T-FHSS / S-FHSS / FHSS switching: In addition to the standard receiver (S-FHSS), you can use receivers that are compatible with these systems. Please refer to here for a list of receivers that are compatible with each system .

Mixing Related
Brake mixing: Can be used when using separate brake servos for the front and rear.
4WS: This function controls the front steering and rear steering with separate servos. (This cannot be used with the standard receiver (R203GF). *Note 1)
Special MIX selection (SMX): 4WS mixing or brake mixing can be used. (Cannot be used with the standard receiver (R203GF). *Note 1)

*Note 1: This function is supported on receivers with 4 or more channels, so it can be used with the following optional receivers (sold separately): R314SB/SB-E (T-FHSS), R334SBS/SB-E (T-FHSS compatible), R214GF-E (FHSS), and R2008SB (S-FHSS).
Accessories
LED monitor
Charging jack: For charging the optional rechargeable battery.
Low Battery Alarm: When the transmitter’s battery capacity is low and the voltage drops, an alarm sounds and the LED flashes to notify you. You can also change the alarm activation voltage depending on the type of battery used.

Auto power off: The power will automatically turn off if no operation is performed for a certain period of time.
