We manufacture the new generation of NORD IE5+ synchronous motors in-house, specifically designed for use in intralogistics and the food and beverage industry. These motors feature a compact and hygienic design, providing high corrosion resistance and ensuring easy cleaning, even in demanding environments.
The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is optionally available in IP69K, offering robust protection for extreme conditions. A motor-integrated encoder is included as standard, while an integrated mechanical brake is available as an option.
By using this motor, users can reduce the number of variants and operating costs. Additionally, it is fully compatible with all gear units and frequency inverters from the NORD modular product range.
