The system has a pattern setting instrument that acquires the same data as that of the actual equipment by changing the heating temperature instead of moving the belt of the production equipment.
Features
- Because of low temperature and under vacuum drying, high quality dried products can be obtained in a short time.
- Applicable to drying at high concentration (50 to 90% solids) and high viscosity (~100,000c.p.).
- Data equivalent to that of the actual equipment can be acquired with the pattern setting instrument.
