Demisters made from layered knit mesh

Various shapes can be manufactured according to requirements.

Demisters made from knit mesh have an extremely high void ratio of 94% to 99%, allowing them to minimize the pressure loss of passing mist. Additionally, they can achieve a large surface area, making them lightweight and ensuring that most of the wire surface comes into contact with the gas.

When mist passes through the demister, the gas components in the mist pass through the gaps in the knit mesh. While the liquid components in the mist contact the surface of the knit mesh, coalesce (aggregate), and eventually drain as liquid.

You can use them in various separators to drain oil mist. Commercial air conditioners, smoke removal equipment, intake snappers, and other devices employ them.
