We undertake the production of metal sieves (wire mesh) used in various industrial machines.

Can flexibly respond to customer requests, from simple wire mesh replacement to the production of frames, and propose and develop mesh suitable for specific applications. We ensure appropriate quality control for customers based on our long experience as a specialized wire mesh manufacturer, considering dimensional accuracy from outer to inner frames, the joining structure of the frame and wire mesh, and the safety of adhesives used.

Regarding the tension of the screen, which is critical for sieve quality, we carefully manufacture it using our unique method to ensure uniform tension across the entire screen, and strictly manage it using tension gauges and other tools.

Examples of Sieve Defects

Insufficient tension of the wire mesh
- Causes secondary vibrations and leads to sieve damage.
Errors in mounting hooks or frame shapes
- Causes internal stress imbalances in the wire mesh, shortening the sieve’s lifespan.
Poor arching of the wire mesh
- Results in uneven tension, leading to sieve damage.
Loose tension of the wire mesh
- The wire mesh needs to be regularly re-tensioned according to operating conditions.
