An evolved version of twill weave, achieving both high particle capture rate and low-pressure lossThis amazing screen has a high foreign object capture rate while having lower pressure loss and better “escape” than regular twill weave. The complex cross-sectional structure of the screen allows the initial performance of the screen to be maintained for a long time.
The dimensions and shape of the gaps, which are made up of horizontal and vertical lines, are controlled by advanced woven wire mesh manufacturing technology. The cross-section through which the particles pass is not a typical isosceles triangle, but an equilateral triangle that maintains the highest strength, and is resistant to the tearing and opening of the screen caused by particles.
