● D-Lift System overview:

D-Lift system had developed by our partner company, HALFEN-DEHA in Germany that the technology to secure the safeness and speed up of the production and handling of concrete products which consist of below 3 points.

1. Anchor Embed into concrete product

2. Former Attaching anchor with mold

3. Coupler To Lift concrete product

We cover the suspended load from 1.3 tons to a maximum of 22tons. The customer is able to select a size based on product weight, production and building methods and conditions, etc. By using basic and optional parts will allow all types of construction methods.
● D-Lift System product features
・Wide range of suspended load: Covering by 7series from 1.3tons to 22tons.

・Safety, Certain, Easy: Simple form factor which considered carefully will secure safety during the lifting operation. Attaching and detaching of the sling is easy that increases effi ciency of operation.

・Considering post-process: Anchor designed to be embeded below a surface of the product. Also, the shape of the anchor is a nailhead that prevents concrete that filled in the dent made by the former to fall out by the anchor head to catch them by the nailhead.

・Competitive price: The anchor shape is simple and productivity to make them is very high that leads to competitive price of the product.

・Long time experience: The products has been used globally for long time and compatible with all suspending methods. Technical supports also available.

This is the former made by a special polymer that has high peelability and durability The shape of the former specially designed to prevent edge chipping.
