Application

It rectifies input from ACV power source to DCV and outputs instantaneously current for magnetizing and reduction of magnetism to electro permanent magnetic Lifma.

Features

• The system equips an alarm circuit to protect the Lifma from overheating due to continuous and repeated electricity supply.
• We supply a pendant type push button switch as a standard accessory.

Note:* For safety purpose, if operation of rectifi ers for magnetizing or reduction of magnetism is made 5 times in series within a minute, it becomes under the conditions of ” Alarm ” and does not accept further operation thereafter. In order to release the conditions of ” Alarm ” , please shut off the original power supply to rectifi er once and then turn it on again.

※The capacity varies depending on the diameter of round steel bars. When a workpiece is longer than 3 m, it is dangerous to lift it with one unit only. In the case of steel pipes, the capacity varies depending on the wall thickness. Check it prior to lifting workpieces.
