Application

A unit consisting of powerful magnetic bars arranged in a grid. It removes iron from various bulk materials during their fall in rectangular ducts. It can also be placed or suspended in a liquid tank to remove iron.

Models of various sizes are available according to the sizes of ducts.
These units employ powerful rare earth magnets having a property value of 1.2 T (12,000 G) or 1.35 T (13,500 G) or over and the surface maximum magnetic flux density is 0.8 T (8,000 G) or 1 T (10,000 G).
Using permanent magnets that maintain a strong magnetic force almost perpetually significantly reduces the running cost.
These water-tight units allow for installation in fluid.
