Application

A strong permanent magnet installs these separators in the preceding stage of processing dry bulk materials, spice materials, and chemicals to separate and remove weak magnetic fine particles.

Features

The permanent magnetic pulley employs a high-performance rare earth magnet. Weak magnetic substances such as friction particles of stainless steel (SUS304) can be removed.
Short length and compact, requiring a small installation space.
The original construction facilitates belt replacement.
The conveyor system for incorporation into lines.
A version of the antistatic belt specification is also available.
