This chuck supports a strong bearing process.

Application

This is a permanent magnetic chuck to fix and attract ring-shaped workpieces on the lathe and vertical-type complex grinding machines.

The star pole structure creates a strong magnetic force effective for shaping workpieces such as bearings etc.
As it is a permanent magnet type, which does not need electricity, installation is done without worrying about wiring.
This can work for the wet process, too.
“RMC-X-B” types are equipped with a magnetic force adjusting function. (The ON/OFF operation angle is approx. 630° and the magnetic force is adjusted according to the handle turning angle)
