● Material hose for shotcrete

Shotcrete hoses are hoses for spraying mortar and castable refractories. In particular, it is manufactured with abrasion resistance, alkali resistance, pressure resistance, light weight, and flexibility in mind.

Difference Between Wet and Dry

The abrasion resistance of the hose is one of the important options in spraying work. Shotcrete hoses can be used for dry and wet hoses depending on the material to be sprayed.
It is mainly recommended for wet cement and muddy soils containing moisture, and for dry types it is recommended for refractories (castables) and dry concrete that do not contain moisture.
Especially for dry hoses, in addition to wear resistance, a ground wire is built in as a countermeasure against static electricity, and the hose is designed to prevent static static.

for wet

Abrasion-resistant black rubber with a high hardness setting and resistance to rubbing caused by moisture-containing materials is used. The hard inner surface layer makes it difficult to apply piping resistance, and the pressure loss is minimized.

For dry

Candy rubber with a soft hardness setting and resistant to indentation scratches caused by collisions with refractories that do not contain moisture (angular fluids) is used. Emphasis is placed on cushioning in the dry type, which is extremely abrasive compared to the wet type. It has a built-in ground wire and is anti-static.

Poly Hose Double Layer Pipe

● Spray hose (water hose)

Mainly used as a dry spraying water hose. It is possible to tighten the metal fittings at both ends and tighten the band. Hydraulic hoses with a pressure resistance of 3.5 Mpa and 4.0 Mpa products made of colorful resins are the main sources.

High Pressure Hose

Various hydraulic hoses such as high-pressure and medium-pressure hoses, and 35Mpa and 42Mpa used for ground improvement work We handle high-pressure hoses (Sumitomo Riko, Yokohama Rubber, Bridgestone, etc.).

 

●Sera Hose

Ceramic grains are embedded in the inner surface, and it has several tens of times the wear resistance compared to general wear-resistant rubber hoses. It’s expensive, but it’s worth it. It is also ideal for areas with a lot of wear, such as corners. There are many customers who change from metal piping.
