Specifications

We use cast iron to manufacture the bodies of SC series chucks (3″, 4″, 5″, 14″, 16″).
We use steel to manufacture the bodies of JN / JN-T / JN-RA series chucks (12″–16″).
In the SC series, we grind the hard jaws together with the chuck to ensure precise tolerance fits.
Our team finishes the gripping faces concentrically in our shop.
In the JN series, we do not require tolerance fits, but we must grind the gripping face concentrically.
For base jaws in 2-piece jaw chucks (JN-T, JN-RA), tolerance fits are required—same as SC types.
Upon strong customer request, we supply individual parts. However, this may affect accuracy if jaws are not ground with the original chuck body.
