KOGANEI CORPORATION
Koganei Air Gun Type DTY-ELG41

Manufacturer: KOGANEI CORPORATION
Features
Performance and Physical Specifications
The product line delivers improved charge removal performance within a significantly smaller configuration than previous models. Because manufacturers prioritized versatility, they offer a small flow rate type nozzle and a silicon discharge needle to meet specific application needs. Furthermore, the equipment accommodates diverse workspace requirements since it is available in widths ranging from 350 to 3100 mm (13.78 to 122.05 inches).
Lightweight Design and Ergonomics
Engineers emphasized portability by designing several models for easy holding. These advancements result in the following weight specifications:
The standard product features a 200g lightweight body, representing a 20% reduction in weight compared to previous company offerings.
The DTY-ELG31 model utilizes an even lighter 140g (4.94 oz) body, which achieves a 30% reduction in weight.
The DTY-ELG41 model provides a 185g (6.53 oz) body, offering a 10% weight reduction.
Operational Efficiency and Integration
Beyond physical design, the units incorporate advanced technology to maximize functional efficiency.
By utilizing a high-frequency AC method, the system provides high efficiency in electrostatic charge removal and maintains an outstanding ion balance.
Because the units feature a built-in valve and ion generator, operators do not require a separate controller.
To ensure durability during movement, the hardware employs a highly flexible, flex-resistant robot cable for all primary connections.
Enhanced Cleaning Capabilities
For environments requiring superior dust maintenance, these products support specialized air-blowing functions.
By installing an optional pulse blow unit (sold separately), the operator can utilize pulsed air to improve both energy saving and dust removal efficiency.
In the -PAU configuration, the system allows the pulse blow frequency to be variable in the range of 5 to 15Hz.
Finally, the IN port and the pulse blow unit remain detachable, allowing users to easily replace optional components as needed.
