The cylinder bore ranges from Φ6 to 40 mm [0.236 to 1.575 in]. The Jig Cylinder C Series is designed with low friction to meet cleanroom specifications. Additionally, it provides both low pressure (0.01 to 0.1 MPa [1.45 to 14.5 psi], minimum working pressure) and low-speed operation. As a result, this combination ensures smooth, efficient performance while minimizing wear and enhancing reliability.
