Our advanced filtration series delivers clean, reliable air for industrial applications. The standard filter uses a 0.3 μm particle size, which effectively removes dust and solid contaminants. As a result, the system achieves a 99.9% filtration efficiency and protects downstream equipment from damage.

For applications that demand higher purity, the 0.01 μm filter element is also available. This option removes extremely fine dirt and oil mist, ensuring stable performance in sensitive environments.

Easy Maintenance and Long Service Life

We designed this series to simplify daily maintenance. The one-touch bowl attachment and removal allows fast inspection and servicing. In addition, the cartridge-type filter element can be replaced quickly, reducing downtime.

The bowl is made of durable polycarbonate, while the body uses zinc or aluminum die-cast materials depending on the model. These robust materials ensure reliable operation and a long service life, even in harsh industrial conditions.

Flexible Specifications for Various Applications

This product lineup supports a wide range of requirements, from compact models like the CS-MF300 to higher-capacity units such as the CS-MF600. Multiple port sizes (Rc 1/4 to 1/2) allow easy integration into existing pneumatic systems.

The filters operate consistently within a temperature range of 5 to 60°C (41 to 140°F) and can handle pressures up to 0.93 MPa (135 psi), making them suitable for many industrial environments.
