This system enables precise electrostatic control directly on the production line, and it allows continuous monitoring of invisible static electricity without increasing manpower. As a result, operators maintain stable electrostatic conditions more efficiently. Moreover, constant monitoring supports electrostatic control even in measurement locations that are difficult to reach with handheld instruments, so overall process reliability improves.
In addition, the sensor offers two output types, which increases flexibility in system design. It provides an analog output for continuous monitoring, while it also supports a switch output that enables clear judgment signals. Therefore, users can easily choose the output type that best fits their control requirements.
Furthermore, the judgment output function enhances automation when the switch output type is used. Once the preset threshold is reached, the sensor immediately provides notification through an LED and a voltage comparison output. Consequently, operators receive fast and clear status feedback.
At the same time, the compact size supports space-saving installation. Compared to existing EP sensors, this model reduces volume by approximately 46 percent. In addition, the total installation space decreases because the unit can connect directly to external control devices without using an amplifier, which simplifies system layout.
Additionally, users can configure the electrostatic potential sensor through computer support software. By using RS485 communication, settings can be adjusted quickly and accurately. Moreover, the software allows users to acquire logs, which supports long-term monitoring and data analysis.
The sensor also provides three selectable operation modes, so it adapts easily to different applications. Users can choose the standard mode for general monitoring, the high voltage mode for elevated potential environments, or the ion balance monitor mode for balance verification. As a result, one device supports multiple operational needs.
Moreover, the system enables confirmation of ionizer performance through the ion balance measurement function. By mounting an optional monitor plate, users can easily check ion balance conditions. Therefore, maintenance and verification become faster and more reliable.
Finally, the zero calibration function switch improves measurement accuracy over time. Users can quickly adjust the measured value to zero volts, which ensures stable readings. Settings support a wide measurement range from minus 200 volts to plus 200 volts, and both input and communication adjustments can be completed directly on the product, making calibration simple and efficient.
