Features
This blow unit uses a high-frequency AC system with an ionizer blow type to deliver stable and balanced performance. As a result, it achieves excellent ion balance directly from the main unit. Moreover, the pulse blow function improves dust removal efficiency while reducing overall air consumption.
In addition, the unit includes one ion air nozzle to remove static charge. At the same time, two air blow nozzles effectively remove dust, and optional nozzle joints allow easy angle adjustment. Furthermore, a wide range of nozzle variations supports flexible installation for different applications.
To enhance detection capability, a photoelectric sensor can be connected to identify clear workpieces as an option. Likewise, connecting an electrostatic potential sensor enables precise control of the charge removal process. In addition, external input and output ports allow connection to an external controller for expanded system control. Finally, free support software is available, making parameter setting and operation adjustment simple and efficient.
