These compact, thin square form units feature a precision slide screw and linear guide for high-accuracy operation. Designed for simple operation between two points, the system allows for easy stroke, speed, acceleration/deceleration, and thrust level settings.
Safety is prioritized with a fall prevention function with a self-lock mechanism, while the built-in connector allows for immediate recovery from disconnections by replacing the relay cable. Our open loop control provides a lower cost alternative to linear motors, utilizing a low-speed mechanism for extremely quiet operation.

High-accuracy positioning using an external stopper with repeatability of $\pm$0.005.
Intermediate stops, speed control, and thrust settings for versatile motion.
Simple operation mode with just ON and OFF, similar to an air cylinder.
Step-out detection that automatically stops operation upon error.
RS232C interface with a high data rate of 38.4 kbps for efficient computer communication.
Mounting compatibility with Mini Guide Sliders.
These actuators are compatible with Point input type and CC-Link Remote I/O type controllers.
