Plug-In Connector for Wiring Connections
A plug-in connector streamlines wiring connections between the solenoid valve and the sub-base, as well as between the solenoid valve and the manifold. Moreover, it allows you to remove the solenoid valve without disturbing the wiring portion. As a result, maintenance becomes faster, cleaner, and far more efficient.
Stacking Type Manifold
You can increase or decrease the number of manifold units easily because each solenoid valve uses an individual manifold construction. Additionally, you can stock manifold bases as single units, which ultimately reduces stocking costs and simplifies inventory planning.
Bottom Ports on the Manifold Increase Versatility
You can use the bottom ports on the manifold for piping, which immediately expands installation flexibility. Furthermore, by using the port isolator between manifold station ports, you can supply multiple pressures on one manifold assembly. Consequently, the system supports more complex pneumatic requirements with minimal effort.
Low Power Consumption and Highly Reliable Solenoid
You can achieve improved reliability and reduced heat generation by using a low-power consumption solenoid rated at 1.6W at DC24V and 65mA. Additionally, a serial transmission system is available to provide distributed system control from a PC. This system also offers a significant cost reduction when designing a complete pneumatic control setup.
