We use locking nuts (hard lock nuts and skirt nuts).
KT square hook bolts are track fittings developed to prevent the bolt body from rotating and coming off from the sleepers even if the nut becomes loose due to train vibrations. By machining square holes in the sleepers and using “KT square hook bolts” with square bodies, we have made it possible to support them almost permanently in the same direction. The main body is hot forged, so it has a wide support surface and maintains sufficient strength.
