Features

• This product is a submerged cargo pump, with one pump per tank.
• The cargo pump is hydraulically driven, with an oil motor mounted on the drive unit, and the discharge volume can be controlled by a controller on the machine or a remote-control panel.
• Mechanical seals are used on both the cargo side and the hydraulic oil side of the shaft seal.
• Excellent sealing performance and high durability support improved uptime and safe cargo handling.
• The inside of the support pipe supporting the cargo pump from the deck is always in a dry atmosphere, and independent hydraulic piping on both the inlet and outlet sides reduces the amount of hydraulic oil used, contributing to low environmental impact with a structure that is easy to maintain.
• The exterior of the cargo pump is all stainless steel to accommodate a wide variety of cargoes, including liquid chemical products (IMO Type II and Type III), animal and vegetable oils, and refined petroleum products, and the material can be selected to match the cargo being loaded.
• Cargo pump can be optionally equipped with a suction strainer.
• The remote-control system includes an electric control panel installed in the cargo control room and a hydraulic control stand installed in the flying passage near the manifold. Also supports stand-alone control of controllers on the machine side without a remote-control panel
