Kurimoto New-type Pneumatic Ultra Fine Grinding Mill (Jet Mill)
Product Made in Japan
Manufacturer: KURIMOTO
The Kurimoto Cross Jet Mill is designed to grind particles by rubbing and colliding them each other through blowing high-speed jet stream emitted from several pieces of grinding nozzles into the material layer in the grinding chamber. Ground particles rise with air-stream to reach the separator, making it possible to suck only fine particles into the classifying rotor and collecting them in the bag filter and cyclone. Coarse particles go down in the grinding chamber for re-grinding.
Features
Increased grinding capacity with new type of grinding nozzles and new mechanism at the bottom, reducing the power consumption.
Superb wear resistance and minimum contamination
Minimized excessive grinding and particle splashes into products, enabling you to produce products of sharp particle size distribution curve, thanks to the built-in separator.
Enhanced grinding efficiencies with the feed controller
Grinding adherent materials
Automatic control of the particle sizes of products through the inline particle-size counter (EPCS)
Easy cleaning and changeover of kinds and colors of products
Easy adjustments of clearance between the classifying rotors and others
Low noise and low vibration
