Multemp AC-M is a lithium grease, using polyglycerol-based synthetic oil, that excels in rubber compatibility. Applicable to natural rubber, EPDM, and silicon rubber which are prone to be swollen with common mineral oil-based greases.
Characteristics of Multemp AC-M
- 1. Rubber Compatibility
- Containing polyglycerol as its base oil, it has a minor effect on natural rubbers, EPDM, and silicon rubbers.
- 2. Low-temperature property
- Using low-viscosity base oil, the grease offers excellent startup performance at low temperatures. Owing to its high viscosity index, it is usable under a wide range of temperature conditions.
- 2. Oxidation resistance
- Excels in oxidation stability. High in resistance to generating sludge in an environment with rising temperature.
Main applications and applicable components
Most suitable for lubrication points contacting with natural rubber, EPDM, and silicon rubber which are prone to be swollen with common mineral oil-based greases.
- Automotive moving parts, gaskets, and sealants, etc.
