■Strain gauge is bonded directly to the side of the shear strain gauge rail and the wheel weight value is obtained from the shear strain caused by the wheel weight. It is a device that measures the left and right wheel weight values when the vehicle runs or stops at a low speed (15 km / h or less) on the rails, and four strain gauges are attached to each of the left and right rails.
In addition, it is taken to ensure that measurement errors do not occur even under uneven loads. The output is amplified, converted to AD, and imported to a PC, and the measurement date and time, wheel weight value, left and right axle weight ratio, total weight, etc. are displayed and printed. (As an option, it is possible to measure the lateral pressure and calculate the derailment coefficient (Q/P).)
■ This is a system that measures vehicles stopped on load cell type (ride-up system) rails. The tip of the flange is attached so that it rides up the load cell, making it easy to attach and detach the detector and move it to another place for measurement. In addition, normal running is possible by removing the detector charge. It is easy to install and can be removed and factory calibrated by removing the detector. The output is amplified, converted to AD, and imported to a PC, and the measurement date and time, wheel weight value, left and right axle weight ratio, total weight, etc. are displayed and printed.
■ It is a load cell type (edging method) pit type device that cuts the left and right rails by about 4 cm, and installs multiple load cells under them to measure the wheel weight value. It consists of a measuring table (sensor section) using four small load cells, a junction box, a data processing device, a personal computer, and a printer, and can measure wheel weight values with high accuracy. The wheel weight output is amplified by a strain amplifier and imported to a computer through an AD converter, and the measurement date and time, wheel weight value, left and right wheel weight ratio, total weight, etc. are displayed, and the same value is printed out to the printer.
