Description of E48 Series

• The E48 Series offers a versatile electronic preset counter in a compact 48 x 48 DIN design. Its blue STN LCD screen, illuminated with a white backlight, displays a dual-layer setup. The main section highlights the count value with large 10.0 x 5.0 mm figures, while the secondary section reveals preset values. Convenient indicators for preset levels and outputs are easily toggled with a button.Available in multiple configurations, including 1 or 2 preset levels or an added prewarn option, the E48 suits both general and batch counting tasks. You can power it using AC100-240V or DC12-24V, and it provides an external DC12V for sensors. Users can program its various modes, such as counting up to 10kHz speed, input signals, and decimal point positions, directly from the front panel. For data security, an internal EEPROM memory ensures count retention during power interruptions. Its front panel boasts IP54 protection, and terminal screws firmly anchor the wiring.Given its diverse features, the E48 stands out in applications like packaging, converting, and cut-to-length processes. Plus, it meets CE and RoHS standards.
