Basic information

The system features a dual power supply setup: a primary supply of 3-phase, 200V, 50Hz, and an operational supply of AC100V and DC24V, ensuring versatility and reliability. It requires air pressure greater than 0.5MPa, with a functional range of 0.7 to 2.0kN for optimal performance.

Key components include a detection function for monitoring press pressure, a load cell with a 25mm to 50mm stroke within the air leak measuring setup, and an air leak tester as the central measuring device. Calibration is facilitated by the Leak Master jig.

A high vacuum pump supports the system’s vacuum needs, complemented by a Teflon chute rail for smooth operations. Detection capabilities ensure accurate workpiece handling, while the sturdy steel and channel welded mounting frame, protected by an aluminum and PVC cover, provides durability.

Control is centralized through panels located at the back and front within the unit, with a sequencer positioning unit for precise operation control, streamlining the system’s functionality and ease of use.
