Features
This type is equipped with noiseless brakes that do not make ratchet sounds. Two magnetic flux enhancement plates and anisotropic permanent magnets work to enable noiseless winding and unwinding.
It can be manufactured for each model of steel GM type and MC type. When ordering, please specify, for example, GM-5-NSIL.
Easy operability
Due to its high mechanical efficiency, the manual load during operation is very light compared to winches manufactured by other companies, making work easier. Due to its compact design, it is lightweight and very convenient to carry. In addition, the body can be easily fixed with the prescribed bolts. Another great feature is that each part is made by press processing, and the whole is assembled with bolts, so it can be easily disassembled. Even in the case of repair, anyone can easily repair and assemble by simply purchasing the parts and following the instruction manual.
Outstanding durability
All bearings use ball bearings from leading manufacturers. It is light to wind up and exhibits outstanding strength against wear. In addition, the speed reducer employs our unique shifting method gear that has been subjected to special heat treatment, allowing work to be performed with ease. The mechanical brake also has a mechanism that allows you to freely adjust the gap, so it has excellent durability. In addition, the surface is completely prepped and baked on, so it is resistant to rust and can be used in any work location.

Carefully selected materials and advanced design and technology boast an extremely high level of safety. The design specifically reinforces areas where intense loads are applied by integrating precision press-processed ribs or double plates to enhance strength. It employs a double safety mechanism for the mechanical brake, ensuring that no braking happens even when the claw arm faces an impact. Furthermore, the wire rope is securely attached to the drum through a double safety structure, facilitated by a specially designed drum that prevents wasteful winding. For easy and secure fixing of the wire rope ends to the drum, a hexagonal L-shaped wrench is provided. All are highly reliable and safe designs unique to our company.
Designed with the quietness of the brake part in mind
This type is equipped with a noiseless brake that was developed to prevent the operating sound generated by the manual winch from spreading in a quiet environment.
Due to the action of the two magnetic flux enhancement plates and the anisotropic permanent magnet, the stopper does not come into contact with the ratchet gear while the handle is being operated, enabling noiseless winding and lowering. It works. Even if the magnet and supporting parts lose their function due to an unexpected accident, the safety design immediately activates the backup spring and activates the brake.
*Stainless steel is non-magnetic, and MR type cannot be manufactured (NSIL) due to the problem of clicking noise generated from the ratchet handle.
*With this method, it is not possible to idle the drum by releasing the brake from the outside.
