In order to solve the problem of fatigue rupture in conventional hanging work, the National Metal Materials Research Institute conducted a repeated fatigue experiment with the test method suitable for the actual hanging work.

As a result, it was found that the  number of repetitions of 2,650,000 times . Therefore it can be used for a long time.
Moreover, there is no need to perform annealing, or other processing method in order to recover fatigue.

• By using special alloy steel,  the mechanical properties of the material are greatly improved by the optimum heat treatment with precision casting forged product, and we are trying to greatly improve the fatigue strength.
• It is lightweight because it is stamped and forged.

This F-DL-O type is the bigger version of DL type, it is a wide gauge of L2 size, so it is optimal for working with heavy objects such as large objects with a thick plate which can not be used with DL type.
