This is a controller for web meandering control. It is used in combination with G-series sensors and drive units. It is compact, cost-effective, and provides simple yet highly responsive and accurate meandering control.

Features

This controller is easy to use with its simple functions and offers excellent cost performance.
You can monitor the web control status on a small display.
It has a compact 96mm body. When not fixed in place, it can also be used as a handheld device.
In addition to controlling the position of web edges or lines, centering control is also possible by using pairs of sensors.
Since the connections between devices are made using connectors, wiring can be done quickly and accurately. In addition, the system automatically recognizes the connected devices, making initial setup during installation easy.
By switching the internal setting switch, it can also be used as a remote box for the high-end controller model PEM-3000. Furthermore, in a simple meandering control system using detectors such as the PSM-46WS or PSM-75WS in controller mode (master mode), it can be used as a hot-swappable parameter setter.

others		– Remote Box Mode: The PEM-200 can be used as a remote box by switching the switch inside the unit. (Applications: As a remote box for the PEM-3000, and as a setting device in systems without a PEM using the PSM-75WS or PSM-46WS) – The cable outlet on the PEM-200 unit can be reconfigured to either the bottom or the rear.

Note: A dedicated CAN bus cable and branch connector are required to connect the PEM-200 to sensors, drive units, and other optional equipment. Please select the appropriate cable and connector for the equipment you are connecting. A dedicated connector is also required for CAN bus power supply.
