Furthermore, even when the odor components or concentrations are unclear and we cannot design the equipment on specifications alone, we first bring a test machine to your site, then verify key design conditions such as performance, and finally use these results to offer the most suitable proposal.
Applications
Chemical cleaning equipment efficiently deodorizes medium- to high-concentration odors, because it brings the chemical liquid into direct gas–liquid contact with the odorous gas and actively removes the odor components. In addition, the operator selects chemicals such as acids or alkalis according to the specific odor components that need to be treated, so the system can target each odor source more precisely.
Typical applications include deodorizing sewage and wastewater treatment plants, as well as deodorizing wastewater treatment facilities. Moreover, many users also introduce this equipment in food factories and chemical plants, and even in biogas facilities and similar installations where strong odors frequently occur.
Biological deodorizing device
This is a device that uses the metabolic functions of microorganisms to remove odors.
At Miura, we use activated carbon as the carrier for our biological deodorizing device.
Activated carbon has a deodorizing effect through adsorption, so it can demonstrate its performance from the beginning of operation.
As no chemicals are used, the device is simple and the running costs are low.

The unique porous structure of activated carbon makes it highly capable of supporting microorganisms, and as can be seen in the images (Photo 1 and Photo 2), many microorganisms are present after acclimation.
