Miyawaki GC1N Ball Float Steam Traps

Manufacturer: MIYAWAKI Inc.
Model: GC1N
Features
The continuous discharge float system with a self-adjusting orifice ensures no condensate logging on the primary side by instantly discharging condensate at saturation temperature. This feature makes it ideal for applications where condensate buildup is unacceptable.
The precision-polished float guarantees outstanding sealing performance, reducing steam loss. Manufactured to meet the highest standards for shape precision and surface tolerance, the float works seamlessly with the specially lapped valve, delivering one of the tightest free-floating valve designs available.
An auto blow-off system, powered by a built-in bimetal, quickly releases initial air and cold condensate during startup.
The compact, lever-free design uses fewer components, minimizing potential defects and reducing maintenance and inspection efforts.
Except for the bimetal, all components consist of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, offering excellent durability even in contact with aggressive substances in the steam.
Typical applications
Suitable for steam main lines, steam tracing, heat exchangers with small loads and similar applications.
