Quick startup
An internal air vent automatically discharges the initial air and cold condensate. The diaphragm air vent follows the saturation temperature and prevents air and steam locking.

With a high degree of back pressure tolerance, this model supports condensate recovery.

For quick and easy maintenance, all valve parts are attached to the cover, making maintenance easy. The trap can be serviced directly in line.

A double ported balance valve provides a large discharge capacity in comparison with single valve models.

The maximum allowable pressure (PMA) is set at 4.0 MPa (580 psig), and the system allows a maximum temperature (TMA) of 400°C (752°F). Moreover, the maximum operating back pressure (PMOB) reaches 90% of the pressure on the inlet side, ensuring optimal performance under specified conditions.

This product uses a double ported balance valve system so if the actual condensate volume is significantly lower than the product’s discharge capacity, there may be a steam leak.
