Medium pressure, Valveless Type
- Valveless structure reduces pressure loss and allows high flow rates.
- This is suitable for piping of viscous fluid, steam or powder.
- Various packing materials enables a wide variety of applications.
- SUS316 is available.
- Male thread, female thread and hose nipple can be connected in one size.
- Other packing material are available; please consult with us.
- When connected, the fluid is sealed completely by O-ring.
- Fluid can flow from both socket and plug.
Caution:
- Do not connect or disconnect couplings under pressure.
- Fluid in pipe will be discharged on disconnection. Be careful when dangerous fluids are to be used. (Such as chemicals or hot fluids)
- Different sizes are not interchangeable.
- Scraps of the seal tape and dust causes fluid leakage. Be careful not to stick them to the couplings.
- Do not impact, hit, pull or bent. Don’t dismantle. It causes damage to the coupling.
