Switching between adsorption columns using a pressure sensor (large series)

Heatless dryers use an even number of adsorbent-filled columns, divided into two groups. While one group actively removes water vapor from the air, the other group regenerates the adsorbent to prepare for the next cycle.

Energy-saving operation function with dew point sensor

Medium and large models use an energy-saving dew point sensor to stop purge air discharge and reduce energy loss.

This reduces air loss and achieves energy-saving operation.

Digital display of pressure and dew point:

The system uses digital displays for both air pressure and dew point. It now shows the dew point in 1°C increments instead of the previous LED zone display.

The interconnection specifications allow for large-scale equipment with high flow rates and central use
(special specifications)
. As a factory utility facility, it can handle large flow rates of over 25.0 m3/min (maximum 50 m3/min).
