Overview

We use Joben Electric’s unique inspection method, which can reliably detect pinholes at a lower voltage than the conventional high voltage current method. Inspection
at high voltage carries the risk of destroying the packaging material, but Joben Electric’s method inspects at a lower voltage, so there is no damage to the packaging material .

Features

This simple pinhole inspection machine is compact and has a minimum conveyor length of 330 mm, allowing it to be installed in a small space .

① Products can inspect even if they have water droplets on them.
② Products can inspect without destroying them.
③ The entire surface and circumference can be inspected simultaneously.
④ Products can inspect even if there are air bubbles inside.
⑤ Products can inspect without contacting them.
⑥ Products containing non-electrolyte and distilled water can also be inspected.
