NON-ADHESION COATED CUTTING RULES

Cutting rules with coatings that prevent glue from sticking to edges. Two types of coatings are available depending on the application. Please refer to the comparison chart below for details.
Coating can be applied to other than just cutting rules. Punches, Flexible dies etc.


FEATURES	Anti-adhesive coating is possible without losing the sharpness of the cutting edge. Coil types are also available. Coating can be applied to other than just cutting rules. Punches, Flexible dies etc.	Fluorine coating is applied after the shot blasting process to enhance adhesion to the cutting edge.

DISADVANTAGES	Coating adhesion of silky is not as good as fluoro resin.	The cutting edge is treated with shot blasting, which reduces the sharpness of the blade. Compared to Silky Coating series, less variety in stock.

Difference between Silky Blade and Fluorine Blade

The biggest difference is the method and type of coating. The types of coatings are silicone and fluoro resin, both of which are excellent non-adhesive coatings.
Regarding coating methods, Silky coating can be coated without shot blasting, so the sharpness of the cutting edge is not affected.
Fluoro resin coating is surface treated to provide excellent adhesion between the blade and the coating. (Excellent adhesion means hard-to-peel coating.)

Silicone-based coating. Clear coating and non-adhesive effects with sharp cutting edge.
