Features

• It has a large heat transfer area per unit volume. It secures a heat transfer area equivalent to that of a paddle dryer by optimizing the shape of disk or pitch. This allows to take up less space for equipment installation.
• It is easy to control throughput. As unnotched disk-type wings are adopted, plates that enhance transportation capacity are utilized. Therefore, the throughput of material being processed is easily controlled by changing rotation speed of the shaft.
• Low-speed shaft rotation eliminates damage to particles. The shaft of a single paddle dryer rotates at a low speed of 5-30min－1. Therefore, damage to the particles and abrasion to the equipment are kept to a minimum.
