What is a corrugated gland?
Please use together with unslit corrugated tube (N-GPA series).
Corrugated tubes protect wires and cables by securing them to precision machinery, control panels, and other equipment. Made from nylon 66, they provide dustproof and waterproof protection, making them suitable for environments exposed to coolant.
How to use the corrugated gland
By tightening the sealing nut, the claws of the collet structure tighten the corrugated tube, preventing the intrusion of dust and water.
In addition, the included nut allows users to easily fix the tube to a cable hole on a wall or similar surface.Please select either M threads or PG threads according to your application.

Test method: Vertical flame test (20 mm)
The test specimen (length 125±5mm x width 13.0±0.5mm) is held vertically and a 20mm long flame is applied to the bottom edge for 10 seconds.
If the burning continues for less than 30 seconds, the flame is applied for a further 10 seconds.

The plastic part of the corrugated gland is 66 nylon, which is UL94 V-2, and the rubber part is EPDM, which is UL94 V-0.
