Features

This is a high ceiling LED light that is oil mist resistant and applies the technology of the interior lighting in machine tools, which is one of our specialties.
It is completely waterproof (IP67) with reinforced glass on the front, and can be used in special environments where solvents and adhesives are used.
Our uniquely designed protection circuitry is able to withstand inrush currents, surges, and momentary power outages. In addition, our current isolation design diverts induced lightning surges, providing a safety design that protects products from lightning strikes and lightning discharges.
The natural light spread of the white LED with an illumination angle of 120° provides excellent heat dissipation and energy efficiency by combining an aluminum body with integrated heat dissipation fins and resin materials.
*When installing, be sure to attach the fall prevention wire.

Oil mist compatible

It can be used safely in factories where oil mist is generated or where solvents, adhesives, etc. are used.
As it is completely waterproof, oil mist will not get into the device and deteriorate the LED power supply.

Thorough lightning protection

The current-isolating design quickly diverts induced lightning surges, protecting products from lightning strikes. (It can discharge up to 10kA with a surge waveform of 8/20μs.)
When lightning strikes or lightning discharges occur, induced lightning surges occur in power lines, destroying many electronic devices. This product has a built-in lightning surge protection element.

SPD (Lightning Protection Device)

This LED floodlight is protected by limiting sudden, violent current fluctuations (surges) caused by lightning and other events.

A typical lightning strike generates a surge of several tens of kV or more, but this LED floodlight has an SPD installed between the power supply IC and ground, so that even if a lightning surge enters the building during a lightning surge, it is discharged from the SPD to ground.

The role of constant current circuitsIf a surge occurs in the power supply, the surge protection circuit will protect the LED.If the DC power supply is not fully rectified, AC waves will remain and cause flickering.Once fully rectified, there will be no flicker.

Role of the constant current circuit ①
With a built-in constant current circuit, a constant current always flows through the LED, even if there is a sudden voltage rise (surge).
This ensures that the brightness remains constant at all times. In addition, as the current does not exceed the rated value, deterioration of the LED is prevented, resulting in a longer lifespan.
Role of constant current circuit ②
By removing the waves in the AC, the resulting current is rectified, eliminating flicker and causing less eye fatigue even when used for long periods of time.
