We build the head case from die-cast aluminum and construct the arm using stainless steel. To enhance durability, we apply a weather-resistant coating, which transforms the spotlight into a sturdy and virtually unbreakable product. Additionally, we design the system to quickly divert induced lightning surges, thereby effectively protecting it from lightning strikes.
Thanks to this feature, you can install it outdoors with complete confidence, regardless of weather conditions.

Outdoor permanent installation
Outdoor Cable
The cable used is 2PNCT0.75mm2 x3C . Also known as a rubber cab-tyre cable, it is characterized by its resistance to heat and cold when used outdoors.
It is also weather and water resistant, making it suitable for outdoor use.
Weather Resistant Coating
The head case and arm are coated with a weather-resistant coating.
The coating is an acrylic powder coating, which is highly durable due to its excellent hardness. It also has improved durability to prevent deterioration due to ultraviolet rays.
This makes it possible to install the unit outdoors permanently while keeping costs down.

Angle adjustment
Vertical angle adjustment
By loosening the knob, you can adjust the vertical irradiation direction in 10° increments (180°).*When fixing, use a wrench to tighten the knob.
*When adjusting the angle, bend the cable slightly to avoid putting strain on it.
Anti-rotation
The angle adjustment part is fixed with a ratchet mechanism to prevent rotation, so it can be used safely even when installed outdoors.Horizontal angle adjustment
You can adjust the horizontal irradiation direction by loosening the rotation adjustment bolt.*After adjusting the angle, tighten using a hex wrench.
Illuminance Simulation
[Example: For a signboard 29m wide and 5m high]
If six units are installed at 5m intervals, the surface that receives the most light will receive 500lx, brightening the entire signboard and increasing its advertising effectiveness.
The illuminance simulation is created based on the brightness of the lighting according to the size of the actual billboard.
