Double off center mechanism make the valve long service life and available in a line of reverse pressure load. Reinforced PTFE seats applicable for a wide range of fluids is standard.
Structure and features
①Long life with double off-center Mechanism
The drive shaft center of the disc is double eccentric (double off-center). The disc and the seat do not contact until just before they are fully closed, so the seat has a long service life with little wear.
②No flow directions, applicable for a line with a reverse pressure load.
The disc and seat come into close contact with each other by the fluid pressure in either the primary or secondary flow direction. (In case that the fluid is steam or the flow velocity is greater than 3m/sec, there is flow direction.)
③Reinforced PTFE seats for a wide range of applications
Glass-fiber-filled PTFE seat are standard. The seat can be easily replaced by removing the set ring. (Synthetic rubber and metal seat can also be selected according to the conditions.)
