We created the Ultra High Seal in direct response to ultra-precision machining demands where even a single drop of chips or coolant must not enter. First, the telescopic cover removes chips and most coolant; however, if any coolant remains, the double structure—protected inside by Liberlow—completely blocks it. Consequently, the sliding surface retains its precision, and, moreover, the design prevents coolant and lubricant from mixing, thereby safeguarding accuracy and extending service life.
